A fast cockpit for support teams

You have hundreds of tickets.
SupportBrief shows you where to act first.

Simply upload a CSV from your ticketing tool. SupportBrief turns it into an instantly readable operational summary: real backlog, unresolved tickets, high priorities, blocked statuses and the signals that deserve attention β€” without building a dashboard or integrating your IT stack.

01

Export what you already have

No IT project. A standard CSV export is enough to start, even with only a few columns.

02

SupportBrief turns data into signal

The engine recognizes your columns, calculates volumes and highlights the important points automatically.

03

Spend less time building reports

Less spreadsheet and ITSM manipulation, more time deciding and acting with your team.
